Refund & Returns Policy

At Elev8 Lab, we want order issues handled clearly and fairly while protecting the integrity of research products and laboratory supplies.

Quick summary: Research compounds and laboratory supplies are generally non-returnable once shipped. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review it.

Returns

Because of the nature of the products we sell, research compounds and laboratory supplies are generally non-returnable once they have shipped. This helps protect product integrity, traceability, and quality.

Returns or other resolutions may be considered when:

• You received an incorrect item.
• Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
• An item is missing from your shipment.

If one of these situations applies, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

To help us investigate quickly, please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when relevant.

After reviewing the information, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another reasonable remedy depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Approved refunds are currently issued by Interac e-Transfer or another method agreed with the customer. Processing time depends on the review, the information required to complete it, and the receiving financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless an item was received damaged, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law, the following are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products.
• Research compounds.
• Bacteriostatic water and similar laboratory-use consumables.
• Laboratory supplies and accessories, unless defective or incorrect.
• Sale or clearance items, except where required by law.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Elev8 Lab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with the carrier investigation where possible.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
