At Elev8 Lab, we are committed to providing premium-quality research compounds and laboratory supplies. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards.
Please review our Refund & Returns Policy below before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell, research compounds and laboratory supplies are generally non-returnable once shipped. This policy helps maintain product integrity, quality, and safety.
Returns may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item.
- Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
- An item is missing from your shipment.
If any of these situations apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Once your request has been reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they were received damaged or incorrect:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Research compounds
- BAC Water
- Laboratory supplies
- Accessories, unless defective
- Sale or clearance items
Shipping
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate.
Elev8 Lab is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your shipment is lost during transit, please contact us so we can assist in working with the shipping carrier.
